Maradona Adjei Yeboah (Guru) has filed an injunction in opposition to the College of Ghana (UG) College students’ Consultant Council (SRC) over disqualification within the pupil management race.

Background on Guru’s disqualification
In justifying the disqualification, the UG EC cited Article 30, which states that candidates who qualify to be elected have to be residents of a corridor on campus and should qualify to contest for a Junior Frequent Room (JCR) place of their corridor.
