Police have arrested former NPP Yagaba-Kubori Chairman Kamara Bawah for inflicting injury to some poll papers throughout the parliamentary main re-run in Walewale Constituency.
The suspect is in custody helping police investigation after he was picked up on Monday, September 9.
The police had been compelled to fireside warning pictures throughout the election course of as violence erupted.
Mr. Bawah is believed to have disrupted the method because the poll papers had been being sorted for counting.
The Ghana Police Service has restored calm within the space.
Safety has since been strengthened inside Walewale and its environs to make sure legislation and order.
In the meantime, the Electoral Fee (EC) has declared the Monday voting as null and void.
