The police have arrested a trainer for allegedly transferring voters illegally from some polling stations in Tamale, Northern Area, to a different area.
The suspect, recognized as Alhassan Lukman, is alleged to have taken the voter ID playing cards of some 32 residents of Tamale South and Sagnarigu constituencies with a promise of securing help from some Arabs for them.
